I find that trying to write has become much like the post from SusanofPudlin's.  I too, received a verbal "note" on my chair and  was told that I need not post here any longer, and many more very unbecoming remarks.  So, not appreciating negative reviews and negative remarks, I have tried to abstain.

But, because there are a number of you out there that I have learned to care about, I pop in once in a while to check on you and also, to let you know that I am doing well and accomplishing things that need to be accomplished. 

To those of us that have been shot down in school and out, I can only say that the pain remains, always.
